Please note that this position will take place in the Restorative Care Unit (RCU).Skills & Abilities
Minimum of two years clinical nutrition experience in an acute care hospital preferred
Experience in Rehabilitation and Stroke patients, Medical patients
Demonstrates collaborative working relationships with interdisciplinary team members in both an ambulatory and in-patient environment
Supports and enables evidence-based practice in the professional milieu
Demonstrates a commitment to patient-centered care
Demonstrates critical thinking skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Word

Qualifications
Registered Dietitian in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
