- Pick, pack, process, and ship orders accurately and efficiently as assigned by leadership
- Support loading, unloading, sorting, and stocking tasks within the distribution center
- Operate warehouse tools and equipment, including handheld scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety guidelines and reporting hazards
- Participate in team activities, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. independently, with occasional heavier lifting with assistance
- Comfortable standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and working in various temperature zones
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications and inventory management systems
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
