Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)IntroductionWe are seeking a professional with strong experience leading transformation initiatives within financial services. This role will focus on improving operating models, service delivery frameworks, and client experience across business functions.Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 years of Project Management experience in financial services or banking
- Strong experience in service/operations transformation programs
- Background in client service, operations, or service delivery environments
- Experience driving process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
- Experience with change management, communications, and stakeholder alignment
- Ability to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and scalability
- Experience tracking KPIs and ensuring successful implementation of transformation outcomes
- Lead transformation initiatives across service and operations teams
- Drive operating model redesign, process optimization, and service delivery improvements
- Partner with stakeholders to define future-state processes and service models
- Manage project plans, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies
