- Define, plan, and drive projects and program plans based on management and senior technical guidance
- Create and maintain project management artifacts, including schedules, resource plans and forecasts, and risk and issue logs
- Scope technical feasibility of new products by clarifying and analyzing requirements with hardware architects, technical leads, and engineers
- Identify development risks, implement prevention and mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to reduce engineering cost and schedule impact
- Collect, analyze, and publish project performance data through dashboards and recurring status reports
- Own status reporting and issue communication to key stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Initiate improvements to existing processes and methods to increase project and team efficiency
- Experience with horizontal leadership and matrix management
- Strong understanding of requirements, documentation, and defect management
- Ability to quickly grasp concepts during discussions and translate them into actionable next steps
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey concepts and processes to stakeholders
- Analytical, self‑motivated, organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate progress regularly
- Proven strength in resource planning and forecasting
- Experience working in high‑pressure environments with competing priorities and tight timelines
- Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Excel
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
