TBS Sales Planning Analyst

- Work with fellow Sales team members, supply planning, demand planning and customer contacts to delivery district sales and share performance targets
- Leverage business intelligence, customer programming and promotional plans to optimize customer ordering and stock levels
- Employ advanced analytics, modelling and regression techniques to optimize sales in a regulated, constraint driven sales environment
- Develop insights & recommendations to improve sales performance in collaboration with sales, revenue management and customer investment teams
- University Degree in Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance
- Preferred, 1-5 years of previous work experience in Advanced Analytics, Sales, Customer Service or Distribution and Logistics Experience
- Superior excel modelling skills
- Knowledge and understanding of predictive modelling, computer programming, big data/AI principles, tools & technologies
- Creative thinker, who is constantly finding new ways to solve complex & ambiguous problems.
- Effective communicator, cross functional partner, skilled at relationship building
- Flexible team players who maintain a positive mindset in the face of uncertainty
- Excellent analytical thinking skills. We expect our team members to learn quickly and adapt new solutions to business problems.
