Role and ResponsibilitiesCAE, The world’s largest training company is seeking a OEM Liaison - Bombardier who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Approved Training Provider (ATP) agreements for operational and training issues and will lead standardization while maintaining continuous communications with the Original Equipment Manufacturer.Join us today! With your help, we will work together to meet the demands and challenges of a changing world, and we will forge new growth and innovations far into the future.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact with the OEM’s fleet representatives for general policy and training issues. Multiple degrees of matrix interaction required with Sales, Customer Service, Scheduling, Engineering, Technical, Human Resources, Regulatory Affairs/Compliance, and Training Standards ​Attend, support and conduct OEM specific meetings and events to support the training service agreementManage ‘OEM portfolio’ of training programs by coordinating with Global Program Leads, Training Managers and Program Leads to drive program continuous improvement. Proactive management of full-time GPL’s to coordinate with local Center Teams to assure quality of training content supporting Client training. OEM-L’s should process CX feedback reactively, and be responsible for driving proactive program enhancements through the Team’s (full-time GPL’s, GPL’s, TM’s and Leads) contributions.Compile appropriate reporting and governance to meet the training service agreement expectations in a proactive and positive manner. Inform senior Leadership with concerns or elements which need escalation proactively.Preferred or equivalent professional experience:Preferred to hold or have held an Air Transport Pilot License or have
5yrs aviation Management experience working with an Operator or OEMPrevious Management experience as a Training Manager or Instructor – business aviation experience preferredTraining and operations career in aviation-related business acceptable to regulatory authorities Working knowledge of EASA, FAA, GCAA, GACA, CAAC and other aviation regulators and regulationsExcellent interpersonal skills, builds trust and cooperative spirit across departmentsPossesses above average verbal and written communication abilitiesDemonstrates proficient computer skills and internet applicationsContinuously drives toward process improvement and customer/client satisfactionReadily accepts change and adjusts accordinglyMaintains concentrated customer/client orientationBombardier OEM Specific:Attend BBD Training Center BriefingsAttend BBD Customer Advisory Committee MeetingsAttend BBD Safety Stand Down – attend and promoteAct as BBD Tech Pubs Assistance/LiaisonSupport/conduct Fleet Meetings to ensure standardization across centersCoordinate and Support GPLsMaintain relationship with BBD Customer Liaison PilotsMonitors all client critiques / comments for major concerns and issues, and alerts BBD of client concerns and internal follow-up.Monitors and reports the status of OEM projects to CAE and OEM representatives on a regular basisPhysical EffortHybrid work environment.
