You'll establish the KPIs that matter, measure what drives results, and use those insights to fuel strategic conversations that shape our future.Become the cross-border expert. You'll develop a deep understanding of our entire business and stay on top of the macro trends shaping travel and cross-border behavior. Your insights will influence how we show up for Canadians abroad.Bring people together. You'll collaborate across teams and levels, working with internal partners and external agencies from initial spark to final execution. Your ability to align stakeholders around a shared vision will be essential.Build your team. You'll lead and inspire a high-performing group of marketers, fostering a culture where curiosity thrives, experimentation is encouraged, and continuous growth is the norm.What you bring:Deep marketing expertise. You've spent 10+ years mastering the craft—growth marketing, digital acquisition, brand building. Whether it's loyalty programs, retail, CPG, or consumer brands, you've done it and done it well.A data-driven mindset. You live in the analytics, understand testing methodologies, and deliver results you can measure. ROI isn't just a metric—it's your north star.Launch experience. You've led go-to-market strategies for product launches, rolled out new features, and managed integrated campaigns that actually integrated.The ability to navigate complexity. Matrixed organizations don't intimidate you. You know how to manage cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders at every level, and get things done through exceptional communication and collaborative leadership.A track record of developing talent.
