  • Experience within Public Practice
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS / ASPE, CRA regulations, and internal controls
  • Oversee audit preparation and regulatory reporting
  • Develop financial models to support capital planning and strategic investments
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability and margin improvement
Strategic Project & Program Management
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
  • Develop and manage project charters, timelines, budgets, and KPIs
  • Implement governance frameworks and PMO standards
  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies across operational initiatives
  • Oversee cross-functional project teams
Operational & Business Optimization
  • Drive process improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives
  • Implement ERP / financial systems enhancements
  • Develop KPI dashboards and performance reporting
  • Support M&A due diligence and integration projects
What You Have to Offer:
  • CPA designation (CPA, CA / CGA / CMA) in good standing.
  • PMP certification.
  • 8+ years progressive leadership experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance.
  • Experience in ERP implementation.
  • Experience in capital project environments.
  • Experience in multi-entity or group structures.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, dashboards and KPI’s.
