Type: Full-Time, PermanentJob Responsibilities:- Pick and stage materials and supplies for TPN and Homecare production according to worksheets and procedures
- Label and package finished products to ensure proper identification and integrity for shipment
- Maintain inventory levels to support production demands, including monitoring stock and performing monthly expiry checks
- Ensure proper inventory rotation using FEFO (First Expiry First Out) principles
- Decontaminate materials and supplies when transferring to cleanroom environments using approved cleaning agents
- Perform in-process and final product inspections in accordance with SOPs
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining equipment, carts, racks, and work areas to meet compliance standards
- Handle and dispose of expired or unusable products and biohazard waste according to procedures
- Maintain strict adherence to line clearance and patient safety policies
- Collaborate with pharmacy and warehouse teams to ensure availability of supplies and smooth workflow
- Follow all corporate policies including quality management systems, SOPs, and Code of Conduct
- Maintain required training and comply with health and safety standards
- Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months or more experience working in a warehouse/production environment
- Experience within a pharmacy environment/experience working with medicine is an asset
- Experience working with inventory management is an assetSKILLS:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality
