Job Description:HR Business PartnerOur client in Paris, Ontario is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in an industrial environment combined with a corporate HR mindset.Key Responsibilities·Act as the primary contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolution·Drive engagement initiatives, employee feedback, and recognition programs·Coach managers on performance, employee relations, and leadership practices·Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies·Support full-cycle HR processes (onboarding, performance, offboarding)·Partner with leadership on workforce planning, recruitment, and retention·Monitor workforce trends and recommend improvementsQualifications·Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or related field (HR designation an asset)·5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HRBP role·Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or similar environments required·Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills·Ability to balance operational demands with strategic HR thinking
