Are you a highly organized and proactive Senior Project Control Officer with a passion for enabling successful project delivery through clear coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement? Our client is seeking a skilled professional to support the end-to-end execution of a digital identity modernization project.
This hybrid position (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) is based in Toronto ๐Ÿ“ of 8 months, with the possibility of extension. You will work closely with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines, communications, and operations are tightly managed.   • Provide day-to-day project coordination including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and managing timelines
  • Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, logs, reports, and risk registers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure updates are captured for budgeting, action items, and progress tracking
  • Manage and support stakeholder meetings including scheduling, minute taking, and follow-ups
  • Support procurement and vendor management operations
  • Facilitate change request documentation and release management coordination
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and integrating client applications
  • Support service request tickets and triage issues to the appropriate SMEs
  • Monitor documentation repositories and ensure version control and organization
  • Ensure full knowledge transfer and documentation handoff before project completion
Qualifications
Must Have:
  • 7+ years of experience in project coordination within large-scale projects
  • Proven knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills including schedules, logs, and stakeholder minutes
  • Demonstrated success in managing stakeholder relationships and issue escalation
  • Experience supporting change management processes and request coordination
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
Nice to Have:
