This role will act as second-in-command to the Pharmacy Manager, overseeing operations and leading the team in their absence.Why you’ll love working here:

What you’ll do:

Oversee day-to-day production operations, including receiving, preparing, dispensing and storage of pharmaceuticals.
Support the Pharmacy Manager with oversight of automation equipment and technology platforms, resolving issues, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for workflow enhancement.
Manage inventory, regulatory compliance and documentation, while ensuring adherence with best practices.
Support scheduling, training, and development of team members.
Identify business opportunities and implementing growth strategies.
Serve as second-in-command and take on manager duties when needed to keep operations flowing.

What you bring:

Your pharmacist licence and are in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia or with the equivalent regulatory body of another province.
Your Injection Certification.
Strong leadership, managerial experience and communication skills.
Previous experience in a Central Fill Facility is an asset.
