Our client is a manufacturer of instrument panels as both a Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier to the automotive industry. As they ramp up for the Fall Season, we are currently looking for Production Team Members for all shifts, located in their facility in St. Mary's, Ontario.Apply today, you could start working as soon as tomorrow!Job Description
  • Light to medium assembly of automotive interior products, primarily instrument panels
  • Work pace/repetitive movements includes part cycle times varying from 50 to 60 seconds per part at most workstations
  • Standing/walking for up to 8 hours per day
  • Lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling up to approximately 12 kg (26 pounds)
  • Use of hand tools such as a screw gun, heat gun, trimming knife
  • Use of a computer

Requirements
  • Good manual dexterity and an eye for detail
  • A commitment to accuracy and quality
  • A good attendance record
  • Availability to work three rotational shifts, including midnight, afternoon and day shift
  • A Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent; Basic Skills Testing is available and a passing mark would provide equivalency to a diploma
Safety - Personal Protective Equipment
  • Steel-toed safety shoes, CSA approved
  • Safety glasses with side shields
  • Hearing protection required on some jobs
