Job RequirementsThis position requires a level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and minimum 5 years of experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, preferably in a post-secondary, public sector, or health-related environment. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Experience may include formal project management or comparable project management-adjacent experience such as coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, managing reporting obligations and complex workplans, or advancing strategic priorities across units.Knowledge, skills, and abilities include:
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with significant scope and ambiguity, including full project lifecycle delivery.
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, exercising sound judgment while managing confidential, complex, and sensitive issues.
