• A person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly and proactively
• Not interested in just following trends – you want to create them
• A self-starter, who’ll take ideas from concept to execution, navigating feedback like a pro

• Write and adapt content across organic and paid social. Ideally in English and French (but not mandatory for the right person).
• Partner with strategists, content creators, and designers to bring ideas to life with a strong, consistent brand voice.
• Ensure all copy is accurate, on-brief, and aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Stay tapped into culture, trends, and platform shifts, and know when a moment is right for the brands you work on.
• Engage in real-time with the brand’s community both on and off of their brand channels.
• Bring community and cultural insights from the feeds into your content ideation process.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to balance creativity with compliance.

• 2-4 years of experience in content writing or community engagement, specifically for social media.
• Familiarity with (or eagerness to learn about) regulated industries like lottery, gaming, or alcohol.
• Strong attention to detail. You can spot a typo, nuance, or compliance risk a mile away.
• You know and understand how to craft copy for various paid social formats across channels like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest.
• A love for culture, social media, and storytelling. You’re the person who knows the meme before it hits the group chat.
• BONUS: Native-level fluency in French and English, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and culturally relevant copy in both
