Site Services & PD Planner

• Provide technical/operational input into maintenance procedures and systems to ensure operational readiness.
• Effective and thorough capability in the utilization of SAP maintenance management computer system.
• Collaborate with necessary department resources to develop work scope, create accurate plans for the scheduling and manpower forecasting.
• Reviews and prioritizes maintenance work requests with other team members.
• Principle contact and liaison between the maintenance department and operations groups and ensuring maintenance service in a timely manner to ensure high equipment availability and performance.
• Review work request for accuracy and clarity: clear scope of work, realistic completion date, proper lead time, correct equipment identification, proper charge number (if applicable), proper authorization, and discuss details with originator of the work order.
• Actively participate in planning and scheduling meeting with operation partners to finalize priority of work orders, optimum downtime windows, and necessary time leads.
• Continuously improve job estimates, maintenance processes, planning, and scheduling by receiving feedback from maintenance supervisors, maintenance leads, production supervisors, engineers and production planners.
• Compile, update, and distribute backlog reports and other mandated control reports KPI.
• Complete a weekly maintenance schedule and 4-week rolling plan.
• Create and continually update maintenance programs and schedules and equipment parts lists (BOMs). Main Qualifications:
• College Diploma-Preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in facility maintenance
• Proficient working knowledge of SAP computer maintenance management system
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Proficient working knowledge of Prometheus-Preferred
• Planning and scheduling training course certification-Preferred
• An applicable facility maintenance trades certification-Preferred
