The company is looking for a commercially minded relationship builder who can help create partner-driven awareness, pipeline, and revenue.This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys building partner programs, developing industry relationships, and working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership in a growth-stage software business.The RoleThe Business Development Manager – Partnerships will be responsible for building and growing a partner ecosystem that supports market expansion and revenue generation.This includes sourcing and onboarding new partners, activating those relationships through joint initiatives, and developing partner-generated opportunities for the sales team.The role will engage a range of potential partner types, including consultants, advisors, technology companies, OEMs, equipment-related partners, and other strategic organizations within the construction market.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development & RecruitmentIdentify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners across the construction ecosystemDevelop relationships across key segments such as construction consultants, advisors, technology partners, OEM and equipment partners, and other strategic industry stakeholdersBuild and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners through networking, outreach, and market researchDevelop tailored value propositions based on partner type and strategic fitPartner Activation & GrowthActivate new partners through onboarding, enablement, training, and go-to-market alignmentDevelop joint marketing and sales initiatives to support mutual growthBuild strong long-term relationships with partner stakeholders and decision-makersSupport partners with messaging, positioning, and enablement materialsPartner Channel Revenue DevelopmentWork with partners to generate qualified leads and sales opportunitiesIdentify co-selling opportunities and coordinate introductions with the internal sales teamTrack partner-generated leads, opportunities, and pipeline performanceContinuously improve the effectiveness of the partner channel to increase revenue impactTechnology & Strategic AlliancesDevelop relationships with construction technology providers and relevant software platformsExplore integration, referral, co-marketing, and marketplace partnership opportunitiesBuild relationships across ERP, CRM, estimating, project management, and adjacent construction software categoriesCRM & Partnership Pipeline ManagementManage partnership activity in HubSpot CRM, maintaining accurate records, notes, and visibilityTrack recruitment progress, engagement, pipeline activity, and performance metricsMaintain visibility into partner-driven opportunities and revenue contributionIndustry Engagement & Internal CollaborationRepresent the business at industry events, conferences, and partner meetingsBuild relationships with construction leaders, consultants, technology providers, and industry groupsWork closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to align partnership initiatives with company goalsProvide market feedback and partner insights to support product positioning and growth strategyContribute to joint campaigns, webinars, and partner-focused initiativesWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in partnerships, channel development, business development, alliances, or strategic relationship managementStrong ability to recruit, develop, and manage external partner relationshipsExperience in SaaS, software, or technology-enabled services environmentsStrong communication, commercial judgment, and follow-throughAbility to work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and marketing teamsExperience using CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage activity and pipelineComfortable working in a growth-stage company where process is still evolvingPreferred BackgroundExperience in construction software, ConTech, ERP, CRM, project management software, or adjacent B2B technology marketsUnderstanding of construction workflows and industry stakeholdersExperience with referral, channel, alliance, integration, or co-marketing partnership modelsStrong network across consultants, software providers, or service organizations in the construction ecosystemWhy Consider This RoleOpportunity to help build a partnership function from the ground upHigh visibility with leadership in a growing software businessDirect impact on awareness, pipeline, and partner-led revenue growthStrong fit for someone who enjoys creating structure, building relationships, and driving strategic growthInterested?Please contact Anusha S. at to learn more about this opportunity.
