We’re looking for an onsite Amazon & Digital Marketing Specialist in the e-commerce/retail industry.Our client is a growing, entrepreneurial company focused on specialty consumer products, based in Mississauga, ON. This is a brand-new role with the exciting opportunity to launch the company’s Amazon presence from the ground up and help shape its digital marketing strategy. The company values initiative, expertise, and hands-on collaboration, offering a chance to make a direct and visible impact on their online growth.The Amazon & Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the launch of the company’s Amazon storefront while overseeing digital advertising, social media marketing, and supporting website content.Amazon & Digital Marketing Specialist responsibilities:
Lead the setup, launch, and management of the company’s first Amazon store
Manage product listings, descriptions, SEO, and backend setup via Amazon Seller Central
Develop and execute advertising campaigns on Amazon, Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), and Google Ads (optional)
Create and post social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Design graphics and creative assets using Canva, Adobe Suite, and similar tools
Oversee product listings and updates via Shopify to maintain brand consistency across channels
Analyze and optimize advertising spend, SEO, and conversion rates to drive sales
The successful candidate has:
3+ years of relevant experience (Amazon experience required; open to junior candidates with strong technical skills)
Post-secondary education in marketing, digital media, business, or related fields preferred
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or launching/managing Amazon storefronts
Experience managing social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok optional)
Content creation and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)
Understanding of SEO, SEM, conversion rate optimization, and keyword strategy
Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, and similar e-commerce platforms
Compensation and benefits:
The discussed salary range is $65,000 – $85,000 depending on experience
Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may be considered
Bonus potential based on performance
