This opportunity supports a Public Sector client seeking qualified coaching professionals to provide executive and leadership coaching services on an as-needed basis. This is part of a standing offer arrangement, where selected consultants may be engaged for specific assignments over time.The focus of this work is to enhance leadership capability, strengthen effectiveness, and support alignment with organizational priorities through structured coaching engagements delivered either virtually or in person.Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Provide 1-on-1 and group coaching sessions (virtual or in-person)
  • Establish coaching objectives and parameters with participants; create coaching plans
  • Conduct kickoff alignment meetings and periodic check-ins with coachee and manager (triangular engagement)
  • Document session outcomes, challenges, and lessons learned
  • Administer and interpret assessment tools to help identify core development areas (e.g., 360-degree feedback, leadership assessments, psychometric tools)
  • Offer group learning/coaching events, workshops, and leadership development resources, as required
Deliverables may include:
  • Delivery of 1-on-1 or group coaching sessions (virtual or in-person) according to agreed schedules and organizational standards
  • Facilitation of alignment sessions involving the coach, participant, and manager
  • Documentation of coaching plans and session notes
  • Preparation of assessment reports and feedback summaries
  • Debrief reports summarizing coaching progress, outcomes, and recommended next steps, including aggregated insights on leadership development progress
About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:
  • Current certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF) (e.g., ACC, PCC or MCC), demonstrating completion of accredited training, coaching hours, and adherence to professional and ethical standards
  • A minimum of 500 hours of professional coaching experience with Director-level and above (or equivalent) within the last five years
  • Ability to deliver coaching services in one or both official languages (English and/or French)

  • Compensation: $120,000 to $160,000 per year
