Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Operational Line Shift Leader to join their team. As an Operational Line Shift Leader, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Operational Line Shift LeaderLocation: Prescott, ONPay 20.14 per hour to startMonday to FridayWhat's the Job?
  • Develop and maintain training tools and documentation to support team development
  • Lead and facilitate team meetings, coaching sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and production targets to ensure operational efficiency
  • Coach team members on quality standards, defect reduction, and loss prevention
  • Support the disciplinary process and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement
What's Needed?
  • Strong leadership and team coaching skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver training and documentation
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to participate actively on the production line and support operational goals
