Adecco is currently hiring full-time experienced Reach Truck Operators to join our client's fast-paced warehouse and distribution team in Ajax, ON. This role requires hands-on experience operating Crown or Raymond reach trucks and will be responsible for safely moving, organizing, and storing product within the facility. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.Pay Rate: $21.00/hour up to $22.50/hour after training periodLocation: Ajax, ONJob type: Temporary | Full-timeVacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.Here's why you should apply:Paid weekly accurate and on timeStrong health and safety programsMedical and dental benefits once qualifiedFree training programsNew and quicker onboarding processResponsibilities:Safely operate Crown Reach/ Raymond forklifts to pick, place, and retrieve pallets at various racking heightsTransport, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehousePerform accurate put-away, replenishment, and product rotationUse RF scanners or pick lists to locate, scan, and process ordersPick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments with high accuracyAssist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishmentLoad and unload trailers, ensuring proper load securementComplete daily pre-trip inspections on all forkliftsFollow all warehouse safety rules, SOPs, and PPE requirementsEnsure safe operation in aisles, around pedestrians, and near racking systemsReport equipment issues or safety hazards promptlyHelp maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environmentAssist shipping, receiving, and general warehouse functions as neededWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity targetsQualifications:Valid Crown Reach forklift certificationMinimum 1-2 years of experience operating reach trucks and/or order picker forkliftsPrevious experience in warehousing, logistics, or distributionAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the entire shiftStrong accuracy, attention to detail, and multitasking skillsReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a teamSafety-first mindsetStrong spatial awarenessExcellent communication skillsAbility to meet KPIs in a fast-paced environmentGood organizational and time-management abilitiesMust be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaAre you interested in this position?
