- Provide technical support to both customers and internal teams by responding to product-related inquiries and troubleshooting issues via phone or conference calls as needed.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including developing assembly instructions, setting up production workflows, defining tools and inspection processes, and delivering production training.
- Design and implement product modifications in response to internal or customer requests.
- Research and identify alternative products, components, and suppliers, and support the engineering review and approval process.
- Create, maintain, and update engineering documentation, including assembly instructions, bills of materials (BOMs), engineering change notices (ECNs), and NPI documentation.
- Assist with building, testing, and validating prototypes to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Support inspection, testing, adjustment, and evaluation of incoming electrical, electrotechnical, and electronic components to confirm conformance with specifications and tolerances.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by management to support production and engineering objectives.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or production engineering is required.
- Experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD is considered a strong asset.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and taking direction from multiple leaders.
- Hands-on technical aptitude with creative, “out-of-the-box” thinking.
- Passion for process improvement and systems optimization.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Sound decision-making and analytical ability.

- This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
