Ready to elevate the customer experience?We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to manage store displays, inventory control, product ordering, and marketing support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our store is visually appealing, fully stocked, and aligned with our branding and promotional goals.?What You’ll Be Doing:Designing, planning, and updating in-store displays to showcase products and seasonal promotions.Ensuring merchandise presentation meets brand standards and enhances customer experience.Monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock counts, and maintaining accurate records.Placing product orders, coordinating with suppliers, and managing delivery timelines.Analyzing sales data to forecast inventory needs and optimize stock levels.Supporting in-store promotions, events, and seasonal marketing campaigns.Collaborating with the marketing team on signage, visual content, and other promotional materials.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in retail merchandising, operations, or inventory management.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.A creative eye for design, presentation, and product placement.Proficiency with inventory software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Ability to lift merchandise and work occasional weekends or holidays during peak seasons.Why Join Us?
