The Manager will lead and manage staff to achieve the highest level of customer service, while adhering to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, corporate policies and Health and Safety, and other programs and initiatives. The Manager will also manage budgets, labor costs, inventory control, product presentation and merchandising. The Manager will coach, motivate and develop their team to foster customer loyalty, fulfil customer needs and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.Responsibilities:Provide support to the management of resource programming and implementationPlanning and implementation of client programmes to deliver business growthCollate, review and interpret Aquaculture industry information to provide clear guidance to the business and clients on future strategyAdhere to company certification proceduresProficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitor profitability, and manage inventorySeparates, scans, and disposes of spoilage/shrinkProvide exemplary customer service by greeting guests in the department or elsewhere in the storeMaintain product mix, case merchandising, signage and convenience itemsSchedule Team Members and delegate work assignmentsPrepare, maintain and track records of inventories and work processesRequirements:Integrity & AccountabilitySets high standards of performance for self- assuming responsibility and accountability for the successful completion of assignments or tasksMust accomplish tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how smallWork independently, be reliable, responsible, dependableUndergraduate degree or above preferred in business and/or food engineerMore than 5 years working in seafood role and minimum 3 years required as manager
