- Facilitating the recruitment process for existing and future positions
- Generate candidate leads and opportunities through recruitment calls and outreach
- Develop a strong pipeline of candidates with previous experience working primarily within the software and hardware engineering sectors
- Conduct screening of potential candidates
- Evaluating current trends, competitive activity, economic factors and changes in the accounts/market segments you manage and translate that knowledge into definitive and actionable plans to build profitable growth
- Post career opportunities on both internal and external platforms, support Hiring Managers on posting strategies (i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, Syntronic corporate career section, career fairs, community events, etc.).
- Support Hiring Managers on the writing of preliminary and/or final version of the Job description.
- On occasion, coordinate interviews for Hiring Managers and Technical experts involved in the talent acquisition process.
- Collaborate and recommend process improvements and efficiencies to build out recruitment function
- Produce accurate weekly reports (Lever ATS) of hiring activity and accomplishments for data trending.
- Support Hiring Managers on all questions related to recruiting methods and interview questions.
- Hold a University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or in a related field;
- You are a deal closer and willing to hunt for new candidates
- You can work independently, self-starter
- You are self-motivated, results driven and maintain outstanding composure in the face of extraordinary challenge
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- You have a passion for head-hunting
- You have a “can do” attitude and are eager to keep learning
