Coordinate disposition status and urgency with production and ensure communication with customer service and production
Monitor and track all materials and repairs, including transportation routes that vendors ship to the Mobile Engine Services network
Edit and solve clarification cases. Identify and evaluate critical parts for prioritization and escalation
Initiate and coordinate the necessary steps with the appropriate vendors for troubleshooting
Determine and check storage locations, supply times and degrees
Ensure material availability and adjust parameters, master and reference data
Identification of structural optimization potentials in the material supply chain and dissemination of knowledge to supply chain management

All other duties as assigned or required by the Supply Chain Manager

High school diploma/GED required
Minimum of two years of Supply Chain experience required
Fluency in English language required
Application-specific knowledge of IT systems for materials management and control such as SAP
Excellent detail oriented
Multi-task and work in a fast paced and stressful environment
Willingness to travel
Manage constant time pressure
Work in excess of (8) hours per day and (5) days per week as required
Availability outside regular office hours on short notice required
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
Must occasionally move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds across office for various needs
Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
