
Major Product Support Sales Representative

- Evaluate customer needs, promote and sell products and services to meet those needs, and provide quality solutions.
- Partner with our customers to drive profitable parts and service revenue in line with corporate and territory targets.
- Develop and maintain client information and data using Finning’s CRM software to enable accurate market intelligence, pricing, estimates, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate and timely forecasts, pricing, estimates, and market intelligence for parts and service revenue targets for the assigned customer base to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans for your key customers to ensure alignment with their evolving needs and business objectives
- Ensure all sales documents and customer agreements are completed consistently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- History of sales experience, with a solid understanding of basic selling principles such as prospecting, call planning, qualifying, handling objections, follow-ups, and closing the sale
- Experience working with customers on maintenance strategies and equipment is an asset
- Mechanical knowledge, training or education is considered an asset
- Business knowledge, training or education is also considered an asset
- Previous experience in product sales and service is highly beneficial
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, from fleet supervisors to C-suite executives
- Proficient in MS Office suite
