Perform HANA database installation, upgrades, and revision upgrades.
Manage HANA DR setup, ongoing maintenance, and support.
Conduct daily HANA operations including backup monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Perform HANA database start/stop operations in standalone, HA, and DR environments.
Troubleshoot performance issues, collect logs/traces, and perform root-cause analysis.
Execute system refreshes in standalone and DR/HA scenarios.
Monitor and resolve issues via HANA Cockpit and DB Alerts.
Perform S/4HANA and Fiori upgrades.
Troubleshoot Fiori tile issues, connection configurations, and integration with backend S/4 systems.
Work with SSO setup and troubleshooting (preferred).
Support HA configurations of application servers.
Troubleshoot day-to-day issues related to performance, GUI errors, and system behavior.
Configure and manage SAP Solution Manager, including:
Technical monitoring
EWA setup
End-user monitoring
Configure Wily/Introscope Diagnostics and satellite system connectivity.
Renew router certificates and maintain system connections.
Troubleshoot remote connection issues across the landscape.
Use SUM, DMO, and SWPM tools for upgrades, migrations, and provisioning activities.Essential Skills
