- Influences business strategies based upon a thorough understanding of the market and of the consumer mindset through ongoing analysis of third-party and proprietary research data (including, NPD, Loyalty database, In Moment, Marketing Mixed Modelling)
- Oversees turning data and insights into digestible and actionable presentations and reports
- Acts as key liaison with TJX Brand & Media marketing partners, global TJX Consumer Insights peers as well as internal/external business partners to build strategies and to share best practices and results
- Consults with Store Operation and Customer Service to manage and leverage the national Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) program, including methodology, analysis and reporting
- Minimum five (5) years of market research and project management experience with a minimum of two (2) years with people leader accountability
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to provide solutions; ability to leverage prior experience and adapt quickly to the changing work environment to make effective decisions, revise business strategies to support the vision of the organization
- Experienced with qualitative research methodologies, statistics, data intelligence best practices to drive foresight and trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to act as a collaborative partner with senior management and positively influence management and staff to act in the best interest of the Company
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
