Job Description:Our Edmonton-based client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support their busy finance team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP, AR, and journal entries
  • High-volume invoice entry
  • Managing cash flows and budgets across multiple projects
  • Handling customer communications and high-volume phone inquiries
  • Preparing for audits and supporting account reconciliations/GL
  • Reviewing quarterly customer expense reports
  • Troubleshooting accounting processes across multiple centers
  • Ensuring GST compliance and supporting cost control initiatives
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested
Requirements:Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on AP experience
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and financial reporting
  • Experience in a non-profit environment is an asset
  • Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills across diverse audiences
  • Available to start immediately
