- Analyze business requirements and help design solutions that leverage D365 Customer Insights capabilities.
- Configure D365 applications to meet specific business needs.
- Create detailed documentation of the solution design and configuration.
- Provide on-site support (when required) and assistance throughout the delivery and go-live phases of the project.
- Help deliver end-user training to clients and colleagues.
- Act as a trusted solution delivery consultant to clients, by configuring D365 Customer Insights.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables.
- Ensure quality project delivery and manage their task effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and other consultants.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey concepts to clients and team members.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Copilot for Sales, and Service (AI) is an asset.
- Knowledge and experience with configuring Copilots (AI) using Copilot Studio is also an asset.
- Identify assignment conflicts or issues and communicate to engagement Partner.
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry.
- Raise awareness of MNP through discussions at community events, including client and company-sponsored functions.
- Network in the local business community and consider business development opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes.
- Promote regular attendance, balanced lifestyle, and high standard of team wellness.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and related modules such as Sales and Customer Service.
- Proficiency in configuring D365 applications.
- Good understanding of data integration and migration processes.
- Proven ability to gather and document functional requirements and perform gap/fit analysis.
- Good foundational consulting skills, including analytical know-how, problem-solving, and team participation.
- Capable of delivering software solutions and functional configuration.
- Ability to help deliver solution design decisions and create comprehensive solution documentation.
- Awareness of scope management and change control processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of delivering end-user training and creating training materials.
- Ability to explain solutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related fields are highly desirable.
- A degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar.
- Five (2) to ten (5) years of experience implementing CRM Model Apps SMS solutions in the private or public sector.
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience implementing Microsoft Customer Insight.
- Ability to attain a Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability or Secret Security Clearance is a plus.
- Knowledge in Software Product Development processes and design, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Co-Pilot and Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
