Hiring Fusion HCM QA Engineer in Toronto, Ontario

• More than 5 years of proven experience as a QA Tester with a significant focus on Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Hands-on experience with HCM - Core HRMS, Absences, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and plans.
• Solid knowledge of SQL for data validation and querying.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Client ALM, Quality Center, Zephyr).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.

• Knowledge of customizations (e.g., Conversions, Extensions, Personalization, Sandbox, Redwood, Workflows, Roles, DFF, EFF, HCM extracts, Fast Formulas, lookups, User Defined Tables, Profile Options, Custom Messages, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Dashboards).
• Experience with testing concepts, processes, and methodologies related to Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EBS HCM R12.

• Test end-to-end business processes within and across Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Hire-to-Retire, Core HRMS, Absence, Compensation, Recruitment Onboarding).
• Validate reports and analytics built using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Test inbound and outbound integrations with other systems (e.g., EDI, SOAP/REST APIs, PLSQL).
