- Jumping into complex, high-profile Interior Design projects both local and abroad
- Working side-by-side with our interior design team to bring ideas to life, from concept sketches to final details on-site
- Collaborating closely with our architecture team from the early stages in a fully integrated design process
- Creating stunning presentations, developing interior schedules, and leading FF&E selections
- Producing full interior drawing sets in Revit; coordinated, accurate, and well-crafted
- Work together with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and the rest of our talented MGA team
- Mentoring junior designers and contributing to a contributing to a studio culture where everyone gets better
- Being an ambassador for MGA, representing our design values in client meetings, at industry events, and in the quality of everything we put our name on
- 3+ years of interior design experience (public, commercial, or institutional is an asset)
- CIDA-accredited degree; NCIDQ completed or in progress
- Strong design, graphic, and technical skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
- Experience producing full drawing sets and coordinating with consultants
- Working knowledge of building codes (BCBC and beyond)
- A strong eye for finishes, lighting, fixtures, and furniture
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator
- Comfortable adapting to evolving tools and workflows, including AI
- RHAFC knowledge is an asset
- Proactive, takes ownership, and spots issues before they escalate
