- Maintain and harmonize the methods function's processes and tools;
- Identify opportunities to eliminate non-value-added and optimize methods processes;
- Participate in the development and implementation of manufacturing improvement initiatives;
- Define team requirements and involvement, as well as the structure of methods deliverables for all new projects;
- Actively participate in the management of various projects: planning, monitoring of schedules and actions;
- Work closely with engineering, production, logistics, quality, and other functions;
- Investigate the root causes of problems and analyze potential solutions by assessing the costs, impacts, and risks of changes in production;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and operations;
- Translate strategic plans and requirements into manufacturing processes that take into account operational needs;
- You have a technical college diploma and/or equivalent experience;
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing and aeronautics field; knowledge of aircraft structure, systems, and interior finishing will be considered an asset;
- You are an excellent team player and are recognized for your perseverance and judgment;
- You are innovative and possess a strong decision-making process;
- You have a strong customer focus and possess good interpersonal communication skills;
- You have good organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills;
- You are skilled in project management and are comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams;
- You have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook), PowerBI, as well as in-depth knowledge of the SAP environment;
- You are familiar with one or more enterprise resource planning (ERP) software programs; You are fluent in French, both spoken and written. Fluency in English will be considered an asset.
- You are comfortable reading technical drawings and have good 3D visualization and analytical skills. Knowledge of CATIA V5 will be considered an asset.
