- Being part of Turner & Townsend's corporate occupier fit out team
- Leading Project Management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
- Providing support on major Project Management commissions, taking responsibility for service delivery
- Establishing the overall success criteria for the project, including resourcing, time, cost, technical and performance parameters
- Leading on compliance for quality, safety, health and environment issues on project commissions
- Leading on establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project
- Leading on Project planning, supporting the development of the detailed project plan
- Leading on advising upon the procurement of resources
- Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team
- Leading on the monitoring and applying performance management techniques
- Leading and advising upon project finances
- Leading and advising on Contract Administration processes, claims resolution and disputes
- Directing the flow of project information between the project team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
- Preparing and/or reviewing formal project progress and other reports
- Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
- Leading on bids, responsible for business development and running a small team
- A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects of increasing complexity.
- Experience delivering corporate occupier projects, retail, industrial, mixed-use or related real property capital projects
- Confident and able to lead projects in own right but, when necessary, to work as part of a senior delivery team
- Strong interpersonal skills to train and develop teams
- Robust and methodical analytical skills, adaptable, with experience leading effective teams
- Experienced in preparing, defining and leading on bid proposals, and work closely alongside other Directors and other Senior Leadership in the business.
- Professional degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is highly desirable
