
Sales Assistant (Findlay Creek)

- Be the face of our company: Greet clients, answer phones, and respond to emails with professionalism and warmth during our operating hours: Monday to Thursday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturday, Sunday, and all statutory holidays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Keep everything in order: Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, preparing sales reports and contracts, and maintaining client files. You'll also ensure our model homes are tidy and well-maintained.
- Be a team player: Work closely with our Sales Representatives to support the sales process. This includes handling promotional materials, updating pricing sheets, and identifying potential leads.
- Be organized and detail-oriented: Your strong organizational skills will be key in managing your time, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Have solid experience: You have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in an administrative or sales role. Knowledge of the home building industry is a bonus.
- Be a great communicator: You can build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Fluency in both English and French is a great asset.
- Have a knack for tech: You're comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook for various administrative duties.
