- Prepare and lead trials.
- Negotiate settlements.
- Screen potential clients.
- Investigate claims and gathering evidence.
- Document injuries and expenses.
- Calculate damages.

- Draft pleadings and motions.
- Represent clients through trial process.
- Counsel clients throughout the entire claims process.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.M from an accredited law school.
- Member of the BC Bar in good standing with previous experience working in litigation.
- Legally entitled to practice law in Canada.
- Strong business acumen with verbal, negotiation, interpersonal and drafting skills Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team of professionals.
- Show discretion and good judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential situation.
- Ability to provide clear direction to others.
- Ability to run an organized caseload from beginning to end, with little to no supervision.
- Previous trial experience is a must.
