Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?As a Data & Automation Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and process optimization across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify, collect, and analyze data, build insightful dashboards, and automate manual processes. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data, analytics, and automation, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.What will you do?Data Analysis & Insights:Identify, collect, and analyze data from various sources, including client data, transactional data, and payments data.Translate complex data sets into actionable insights to support business goals and decision-making.Conduct trend analysis to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.Dashboard Development:Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to track key metrics.Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, accurate, and aligned with business needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve reporting tools and methods.Leverage advanced visualization techniques to present insights in a clear, impactful manner.Process Automation:Develop and implement automation solutions using appropriate tools and technologies to reduce internal manual processes.Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency through automation.Maintain and document automation solutions to ensure scalability and reliability.What you need to succeed?University degree, College Diploma, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and/or experience.Strong proficiency in SQL and working with databases.Experience with dashboarding applications such as Tableau.Proven experience working with large datasets.Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VBA and macros.Experience and understanding of payments data is considered an asset.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Collaborative mindset and a team player.What’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
