This role is ideal for a driven and entrepreneurial hotel sales professional who understands the nuances of secondary or suburban markets, values autonomy, and can confidently bring forward ideas, execute proactively, and build lasting client relationships.Contact Katelyn Querin at or submit your resume in confidence below.DescriptionDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue across corporate, construction, healthcare, legal, long-stay, and other key marketsRebuild and expand relationships with legacy accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunitiesRepresent the hotel within the local and regional business community, acting as the property's lead relationship builderMaintain a consistent on-property presence to stay close to operations and the guest experienceUtilize PMS and CRM tools (Visual Matrix experience preferred) along with STR data to analyze performance and guide sales effortsCollaborate with front desk and operations teams to align service delivery with sales goalsProvide informal coaching and direction to existing sales support or front desk staff involved in reservations or guest communicationRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel sales, with a proven record of revenue growth and account managementExperience in independent, branded, or soft-branded properties in suburban or tertiary markets preferredStrong understanding of hospitality sales fundamentals, including rate strategies, market segmentation, and distribution channelsExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated success building and maintaining long-term client relationshipsProficiency in reading and analyzing PMS reports, STR data, and sales performance metricsHighly organized with strong time management and follow-through skillsComfortable working independently and reporting directly to ownershipA collaborative, adaptable mindset with the confidence to bring new ideas to the tablePost-secondary education in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an asset but not requiredCorporate CultureThis is a high-impact, high-autonomy position for a confident hotel sales professional who knows how to lead with strategy, initiative, and results.
