- Pick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare customer and warehouse orders for shipment or pickup
- Load and unload trucks, receive incoming materials, and place stock in correct locations
- Maintain accurate inventory through counting, organizing, and returning items to stock
- Assist walk-in customers and handle phone inquiries, including order entry, pricing, and quoting
- Support customers and Account Managers with product information, returns, defective items, and special product requests
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing products are in good condition and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily operational needs
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
- Minimum two years of warehouse experience
- Experience in the electrical industry or equivalent knowledge is an asset
- Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and professional phone manners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
- Basic math and reasoning skills
- Willingness to be forklift trained
