- Ensure that all Operational Calls/Email - both Inbound and Outbound are responded to and processed according to Paladin Security Policy and Procedure.
- Monitor and generate team reports such as OSL (Open Shift Lists) and communicate them to internal management groups in a timely manner.
- Support and assist Field Staffs' requests such as booking off from assigned shifts, emergency calls, schedule updates, shift change/giveaway and other needs by adhering to company policy.
- Responsible for redirecting incoming calls or escalating them to respective supervisors/managers if required.
- Perform various administrative duties on a routine basis, such as Open Shift Tags, Field Staff safety ins, daily update reports, and auditing inbound/outbound emails.
- Perform any other duties assigned by direct supervisors and managers.
- Security experience an considered an asset but not a requirement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior customer service skills, including exceptional telephone etiquette
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
