- High activity: Executing 30-50+ outbound calls daily, ensuring each interaction adds value and moves prospects closer to engagement.
- Market expansion: Intently engaging with prospects in underserved markets, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
- Lead qualification: Effectively qualifying leads, ensuring they align with REW's mission and potential for long-term partnerships.
- Client insight: Skillfully identifying client needs and tailoring our offerings to meet them, enhancing client satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Target Achievement: As a business we are growing rapidly so we need to place an importance on meeting and exceeding our Membership Acquisition targets
- Building your book of business: Ability to build and maintain your own book and maintain clients in a fast paced environment
- Experience: 1-2 years in business development or account management roles where you've driven growth.
- Communication: Ability to articulate a value proposition compellingly at a high level, making the prospect of joining our platform attractive.
- Technical proficiency: Experience with CRM software to manage and track sales activities efficiently.
- Resilience: You’re a highly-motivated individual with the resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive, forward-moving attitude.
- Strategic thinker: Ability to think beyond immediate sales to how each relationship can strategically benefit in the long term.
- Networking: Strong networking skills to leverage existing relationships and form new ones within the industry.
- Adaptability: Quick to adapt to new tools, strategies, or market changes, maintaining performance in a dynamic sales environment.
- Team player: Willingness to collaborate closely with marketing, product teams, and other sales professionals to maximize company growth.
