- Assists in planning, facilitating, and coordinating project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, arranging logistics, and documenting key points, decisions, and action items to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Creates and maintains project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant materials.
- Works with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and project specifications.
- Develops and distributes monthly and bi-weekly reports to track project progress and performance.
- Assists in coordinating the work of project team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
