They are in search of a Personal Lines Insurance Broker to become a part of their expanding team, assisting local community in safeguarding their valuable possessions.About The Opportunity
This Personal Lines Insurance Broker is responsible for assessing clients' insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options to protect their personal assets, such as homes and vehicles. You will manage policy applications, binders, handle renewals, and provide ongoing support to ensure clients receive optimal protection and service.About The Position
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options for personal assets, such as homes, condos, vacation homes, and more.
  • Manage the application process for new insurance policies.
  • Handle policy renewals to ensure continuous coverage.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients for any insurance-related inquiries or issues.
  • Review and update policies as needed to align with clients' changing circumstances.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
The Requirements
  • Hold a current insurance broker license in Manitoba.
  • Have experience with personal lines insurance, including home and auto policies.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Manage policies accurately and ensure all documentation is correct.
  • Handle and resolve client issues effectively.
Compensation
  • Base salary between $50,000 - $60,000 depending on relevant experience + quarterly bonus
