Job Title: Night Shift Team Lead - Forklift OperatorLocation: Brampton, CanadaShift: Sunday night to Thursday night, 10 pm to 6 amPay Rate: $22 per hour, with a $1.25 premium for night shift workJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and certified Forklift operator to join our team as a Night Shift Team Lead. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of MHE operators during the night shift, ensuring efficient and safe operation of warehouse activities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of MHE operators during the night shift
  • Operate MHE equipment, including Reach Trucks (Crown preferred), Dock Stockers, and Walkies
  • Ensure safe and efficient movement of inventory within the warehouse
  • Collaborate with other teams to meet operational goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
Requirements:
  • MHE certification on Reach Truck (Crown preferred), Dock Stocker, and Walkie required
  • Previous experience operating MHE equipment in a warehouse environment
  • Previous experience as a Team Lead in a warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
