- Improve and optimize manufacturing facility availability through Total Preventive Maintenance.
- Manage inventory and cost of spare parts for equipment.
- Direct and develop maintenance resources to comply with regulatory requirements and to meet metrics targets.
- Involvement in acceptance of manufacturing and facility equipment
- Upkeep maintenance, equipment, and facility documentation
- Leading a safety-first approach maintaining a zero-accident culture. Ensures and monitors work, accident prevention and safe working environment across the business.
- Trained Technician or bachelor’s degree in technical studies, Facility Management, Engineering, or the like.
- Automotive Experience Preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience in Maintenance and Facility Management
- Experience in people management
- 2-3 years of experience in high volume manufacturing environment
- Mechanical and electrical experience with related equipment
- Knowledge of TPM systems
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and implementation of maintenance plans
- Hands-on mentality and ability to coordinate between multiple assignments.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Maintenance software
- Knowledge of legal requirements for building and equipment
- Analytical and structured working style
- Very good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
