This position involves designing, implementing, securing, and managing comprehensive systems infrastructure to support seamless IT operations in hybrid or cloud environments.   • Manage and maintain enterprise systems, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.
  • Configure, install, and upgrade operating systems, including Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms.
  • Implement and enforce security policies, including access controls, firewalls, and vulnerability management.
  • Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and system integrations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in disaster recovery planning and business continuity preparedness.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for complex technical issues impacting systems and infrastructure.
Desired Skill-Set
  • At least 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level systems administration.
  • Strong proficiency with Windows Server, Linux/Unix environments, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Deep knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security architectures.
  • Expertise in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with configuration management and deployment tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of database management systems and backup strategies.
  • Exposure to compliance standards such as ISO, PCI DSS, or HIPAA.
  • Previous experience in financial or regulated industries.
