Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field Registered Professional Planner (RPP) / Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or equivalent 15+ years of relevant planning/engineering experience, including leadership in developing and implementing sustainable transportation solutions Recognized expert in transportation planning/engineering with a well-established professional network Proven project success on medium-sized projects or portions of large projects, including effective direction of project teams for project execution Strategic problem-solving skills and advanced technical knowledge in transportation planning/engineering Strong professional consulting skills, including project management, client relationship management, and commercial acumen at senior management levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver professional presentations Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently Experience leading active transportation master plans for municipal clients Experience winning and leading projects Familiarity with emerging trends in active transportation, cycling, and climate-resilient transportation systems Understanding of Ontario public and private sector client needs and policies
