- Help coordinate the day-to-day operation of RMR's winter and summer season.
- Assist with general supervision tasks such as: staff training, scheduling, payroll, departmental documentation, etc.
- Supervision of approximately 50+ full & part-time staff.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in the department.
- Respect and adherence to RMR’s company policies & protocols, as well as industry, provincial and federal standards.
- Coordinate Lift Operations with other departments on the mountain.
- Constant worker observation and attention to employees.
- Help maintain a comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety program.
- Lead the Lift Operations team by aiding in daily set up, operation, and take down of Lifts and other workspaces on and off the mountain.
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Provide proof of SIN # - can be physical card or document provided by Canadian Government
- Previous lift operations experience.
- Experience with detachable high-speed lifts.
- Experience with building and performing training exercises.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Current driver’s license and acceptable driver’s abstract.
- Occupational First Aid Level 1 an asset.
- Have an advanced level skiing or snowboarding.
- Have Lift-150 Train the trainer course completed. (Optional / Preferred)
