Strengthen and Expand PipelineConvert inbound opportunities into qualified pipelineBuild and launch a targeted outbound motionIncrease the volume and quality of opportunitiesBottom line: You ensure pipeline is consistently strong and growing2. Close Consistent, High-Quality DealsLead discovery, positioning, and deal progressionClose a steady flow of mid-market deals (typical client value ~$50K/year)Improve win rates and sales velocityThis is about consistency and execution-not hero deals3. Drive New Client Acquisition (Primary Focus)Expand into new accounts and industriesIdentify where we win-and double downBuild momentum in new logo growthThis is the #1 priority.4. Grow and Support Existing ClientsMaintain and build on an already strong retention baseIdentify expansion opportunities across product linesEnsure clients continue to see measurable valueRetention is strong-your job is to make it even stronger and more valuable5.
